...so it seems the Mother of God is espousing the heresy of Semi-Pelagianism...such that humans on their own intiative may dispose themselves to the interior workings of grace through their own power...by asking us to open our inner self..the Mother of God is directly contradicting the council of Trent teaching on Justification....
CANON III.-If any one saith, that without the prevenient inspiration of the Holy Ghost, and without his help, man can believe, hope, love, or be penitent as he ought, so as that the grace of Justification may be bestowed upon him; let him be anathema.

....indeed one may open themselves up to the working of the Holy Spirit...yet this prompting or Prevenient aid must precede the intiative of the person...and this is echoed in the Gospel...
